| Meditation in its simplest form is being still, being aware of yourself in the place you are in, allowing your internal world to settle and become clear. Meditation as been shown to improve many aspects of an individual's life. |

| Meditation can be found at the heart of most religions throughout the world, practised on its own it can help provide a peaceful aware life. Practised in conjunction with a religion or philosophy it can lead the way to freedom. |

| Our communial group meditation sessions take place at 6:30 every Tuesday evening in the ashram in Pennal. There are meditaions sessions at 12 noon on most days. Often a lunch is shared. |
